Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 8 to 18 days depending on your location. The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email phantomcharge@gmail.com and we'll chase it down for you.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your order is lost in transit or hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Customs & Duties
For most destinations there are no extra fees. In rare cases, local customs may charge an import duty. Any such fees are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
